This listing is for three (3) high quality female socket kits Each socket is marine grade and is weather and UV resistant. The cap seals the front of the socket. The body is heavy duty for strength but is light weight. The contacts are nickel plated. The socket assembly is vibration resistant when used with the rubber mounting washer, which also seals the panel opening. It requires an 1 1/8″ hole for mounting and has .250 quick male spade type quick connectors. Rated for 15 amps at 12 volts DC. Weight 1oz. This socket draws no power when not in use so it can’t run your battery down.
It can be mounted in two ways, against a panel with the retaining nut for panels up to 1-1/4″ thick or for a thicker panel with the compression plate.
Works with any standard cigarette lighter style plug.
Not for hot lighter use.
