All Years Can-Am Spyder
This is a kit of a female socket. The socket is marine grade and is weather resistant, the socket opening is sealed with a cap and the wire terminals are covered with a straight boot. The contacts are nickel plated. The socket is vibration resistant, unlike less expensive versions. It requires an 1 1/8″ hole for mounting and has .250 quick male connectors. Rated at 15 amps. Draws no power when not in use, so it can’t run down your battery.
Works with any standard cigarette lighter plug or lockable marine plug as shown. Note lockable plug is not included in this listing. Check our other listing if you need a locking plug or a socket and right angle mount. A locking plug looks like a regular male lighter plug but when twisted in this socket can not be pulled out easily, unless twisted again.
