This is a rubber cap not vinyl plastic so it will not dry out and crack plus it fits tighter and will not vibrate out.

Replacement or spare socket caps for 1-1/8″ rubber accessory style lighter sockets. #2RCP

This listing is for two rubber caps that will fit a standard popular marine grade motorcycle lighter sockets (shown). The cap end will fit over the socket opening. The retaining ring is designed for a 1-1/8″ socket body as shown above. The socket not included in this listing. This cap is not for standard metal sockets that are 1 in retaining ring diameter.
