12V / 24V locking plug socket for all 12 volt accessory lighter style plugs with rubber mounting washer and wired fuse holder and 15 amp fuse.
Rubber washer acts as a locking washer to prevent the nut from coming loose in high vibration installations.
The socket mounts with a retaining nut and rubber sealing washer against a panel. Uses standard 0.250 quick connects. Can be used with any 12 volt style plug.
The fuse holder with fuse mounts in a 7/16″ (10 mm) hole. It has 6 inch wire with terminal that mate with the socket terminals to allow you to wire the fuse in series with the socket.
This is a kit included the highest quality female socket. The socket is weather and UV resistant. The cap fits tightly in the opening making the assembly waterproof. The contacts are nickel plated brass and the socket body is heavy gauge. The socket is vibration resistant when used with the rubber mounting washer. It requires an 1 1/8″ hole for mounting and has .250 quick spade type male connectors. It can be mounted against a panel with the retaining nut. The socket is rated for 15 amps at 12 volts. Draws no power when not in use, so it can’t run down your battery.
