This listing is for one USB adapter and one universal connector boot. The Adapter plugs into any 12 volt automotive style socket as shown (sockets and cable not included in this listing). When the adapter is plugged into the socket you can use the combination to charge all USB based 4 wire accessories. 1000 ma charge capacity.

 

 

For outside use the vinyl plug boot protects the delicate connector from water intrusion and failed operation. The boot slips over your USB cable connector. When the USB plug is inserted into the adapter the boot slide over the plug and protects the connection as shown.
