Sump pump float switch waterproof connector assembly both female and male with weatherproof junction box. Allows you to have a float switch wire lead of any length. Polarization allows for a safe positive and negative connection that can’t be crossed. Pin are marked with a 1 and 2 for Plus (+) and Minus (-) respectively.
This listing is for waterproof panel connector male and female for 12 volts, plus a extreme weather enclosure. The float switch shown is not included in this listing. ( contact us if you need a float switch).The female connector portion mounts in the enclosure with a rubber mounting washer. The junction box with rubber o-ring seal is 3.0″ x 2.5″ x 2.5″. The wire egress is a waterproof wire gland for up to 3/8″ cable. A tethered cap encloses the connector when not in use. The male portion attaches to the application cable. A packing nut on the back of male plug seals off the wire cable. The two connector parts attach together with screw coupling with rubber seals. Male 0.250 spade terminals allow you to make the connections to the connector. Solder connections on the male connector, wire size 16 AWG typical, 14 AWG max.. Rated for 15 amps at 12 volts.e mounted in a panel or dashboard of any thickness.
